1. What forms of payment does Amo Luz accept?

We accept Visa, American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Paypal.

2. Does Amo Luz offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free ground shipping on all US orders over $100. It will take anywhere between 5-10 days of the shipping date for your order to arrive. Please note that it may take up to 15 days for addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Please check the Shipping & Returns page for more information regarding shipping.

3. Does Amo Luz ship to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO Addresses?

Unfortunately, at this time, we don't ship to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses.

4. Does Amo Luz ship internationally?

Yes, but to Canada only. No expedited shipping available and a $30 shipping fee will be charged to ship to Canada. Please email us at info@amoluz.com if you're located in another country other than the U.S. and Canada and we will try to get your Amo Luz shoes to you. Please check the Shipping & Returns page for more information regarding international shipping.

5. Does Amo Luz accept returns for international shipping?

6. When will my order ship out?

Your order should ship out in 1-2 business days.

7. Does Amo Luz offer returns?

Yes, if you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you may return your order within 14 days in new, unused condition, and in the original packaging with FREE ground shipping.
