Product & color accuracy

All Amo Luz products are printed on Comfort Colors garment-dyed blanks. Due to the nature of the garment-dye process, please be aware of the following:

Color variation: Garment-dyed fabrics are dyed after the garment is sewn, which creates natural color variation between individual shirts — even within the same color and batch. This is a characteristic of the process, not a defect.
Screen display: Product colors on your screen may differ from the actual product due to monitor calibration, brightness settings, and device display technology. We photograph products as accurately as possible but cannot guarantee an exact color match.
Print results: Print colors may appear slightly different on various garment colors. A design printed on a white tee will look different from the same design on a pepper (dark gray) tee. This is expected behavior in garment printing.

Print-on-demand fulfillment

Amo Luz operates on a print-on-demand model. We design the products; production and shipping are handled by third-party fulfillment partners in the United States. This means:

Products are manufactured after you place your order, not pulled from existing inventory.
Handling times (1–2 business days) reflect the time needed to print your specific order.
While we maintain quality standards with our fulfillment partners, the physical production is performed by a third party.

We stand behind every product we sell. If there is a quality issue with your order, our refund & returns policy applies regardless of which fulfillment partner produced it.

Intellectual property & fair use

All original designs, graphics, text, logos, and content on amoluz.com are the intellectual property of Amo Luz unless otherwise stated.

Some of our designs reference historical literary figures, public domain works, and cultural concepts within the reading community. Where designs reference authors, titles, or quotes:

References to historical authors (Jane Austen, Shakespeare, Edgar Allan Poe, Emily Dickinson, the Brontë sisters) are based on public domain works and historical facts.
Any literary quotes used on our products are from works in the public domain.

Our product descriptions include fabric composition, weight, and care instructions as provided by the blank manufacturer (Comfort Colors / Gildan). While we relay this information in good faith:

We are not the manufacturer of the blank garments.
Specifications may change if the manufacturer updates their product line.
Individuals with textile sensitivities or allergies should review fabric composition carefully before purchasing. Our blanks are 100% ring-spun cotton and made with OEKO-TEX certified low-impact dyes, but we cannot guarantee suitability for all individuals.
