Shipping Policy
Every Amo Luz order ships free. No minimums, no codes, no fine print. Here’s how it works from checkout to doorstep.
Shipping cost
Free on every order. That’s it. We don’t do thresholds, we don’t do “free shipping over $50.” You order a shirt, it ships free. You order five hoodies, still free.
Processing & handling
Every order is printed on demand in the USA — your shirt doesn’t exist on a shelf somewhere. It’s made for you after you place your order. That means we need a little time to print it right.
- Handling time: 1–2 business days
- Business days: Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays
Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. During peak seasons (holidays, special launches), handling may take an additional 1–2 business days — but we’ll always communicate any delays via email.
Delivery time
Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 4–7 business days within the United States.
- Carrier: USPS or UPS (selected based on your location for fastest delivery)
- Total estimated time: 5–9 business days from order to doorstep (handling + delivery)
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees — carrier delays can happen, especially during holidays. If your order hasn’t arrived within 14 business days, reach out and we’ll sort it.
Order tracking
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier’s website (USPS.com or UPS.com).
Didn’t get a confirmation email? Check your spam or promotions folder first. Still nothing? Email us at [email protected] with your order number and we’ll find your tracking info.
Shipping destinations
Currently we ship within the United States only (all 50 states + DC). We ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
International shipping is on our roadmap. If you’re outside the US and want to know when it launches, join our newsletter — we’ll announce it there first.
Lost, damaged, or incorrect orders
It doesn’t happen often, but when it does, we make it right. If your order is lost in transit, arrives damaged, or we sent the wrong item:
- Email [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the issue (if applicable)
- We’ll either reship your order or issue a full refund — your choice
- No return shipping required on damaged or incorrect items
We consider a package lost if tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days or if it’s been 14+ business days since shipping with no delivery scan.
Order changes & cancellations
Because each order is printed on demand, we can only modify or cancel orders that haven’t entered production yet. If you need to change or cancel, email us as soon as possible at [email protected]. If it’s already in production, we can’t cancel — but you can return it under our 60-day return policy.
